Cash Depost Rental Policy
1. Renter must be able to provide proof of a personal auto insurance policy which includes Comprehensive and Collision which is transferable to the rented vehicle. In addition to being a resident in the local area.
2. Renter must be able to provide the renting location with a copy of a current pay stub, utility bill matching the name and address on the D/L. In addition, the renter my be required to provide the renting location with a copy of a current Driving History; if the renter is unable to obtain this report, they would have to cover the expense to the renting location to obtain this report.
3. The required "Cash Deposit" amount is $400.00 plus the amount of the rental.
4. All cash rentals are restricted to travel within the local area. Check with management on the travel area restrictions.

Renters are restricted to travel in the Tri-State area.
Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 18
Age 18 to 20 - YOU MUST CALL THE RENTING LOCATION FOR THE CURRENT "UNDERAGE FEE" FOR THIS AGE RANGE.
Age 21 to 24
Age 25 and over
Renters minimum age requirement is 18 years of age. Renters between the age of 18 and 24 years old are subject to an underage fee. Renters who are 18 to 20 years of age must call the location for the current underage fee. Renters 21 to 24 will be charged $10.00 per day "Underage Fee".
Additional Drivers
1 additional drivers permitted
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 18
Drivers between the ages 18 and 21 must be able to show proof of a personal auto insurance.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: Full

Insurance and Coverage
All renters must be able to provide either proof of a "Personal Auto Insurance" policy or a "Credit Card" that offers rental protection to the renter. This also applies to additional drivers.
