Weekend Rentals (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Renters who rent on the weekends will pay a $10.00 per day premium. This is due to the high demand we have for rentals for these three days. This does not effect any renter who keeps the car for the week and is paying a weekly rate.
MILIEAGE FEE POLICY
RENTALS LESS THEN 2 DAYS WILL BE BILLED AT .25 CENTES PER MILE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL MILE, THOSE RENTALS THAT ARE BILLED FOR TWO DAYS OR MORE, ADDITIONAL MILES WILL BE CHARGED AT .20 CENTS PER MILE.
Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 18
Age 18 to 20 - This fee applies to any renter or additinal driver between the ages of 18 to 20 years of age.
Age 21 to 24 - This fee applies to any renter or addiitonal driver between the ages opf 21 to 24 years of age.
Age 25 and over
Minimum age requirement is 18 years of age. All renters between the ages of 18 and 21 must contact the renting location directly after completing their inquiry.
Additional Drivers
2 additional drivers permitted
Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 18
All additional drivers must meet all requirements.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: Full
Fuel surcharges will apply. Price depends on current market. Ask at counter.

Payment Methods
Quality Car Rental accepts the following methods of payment:
VISA, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Direct Bill (with special approval), Cash

Additional Driver Fee

This fee applies to any additional driver with the only exception being a spouce.
18 to 20 Under Age Fee
875.00 per week
125.00 per day
This is a daily fee for renters and additional drivers between the age of 18 and 20.
21 to 24 Under Age Fee
20.00 per day
140.00 per week
This is a daily fee that applies to any renter or additional driver between the ages of 21 and 24.
Insurance and Coverage
All renters must provide proof of coverage, through a personal auto policy or credit card, or both.
SPECIAL NOTE FOR CASH DEPOSIT RENTERS:
Renters using a cash deposit will require proof of a current "Personal Auto Policy" in good standing which includes coverage for "Comprehensive & Collision" which is transferable to the rented vehicle. This will be verified by phone by a representitive of the renting location.
