GPS Navigation System
The rental of this equipment is optional. The renter is responsible to return the GPS unit in working order. If for any reason the unit is returned and is not "Fully Functional" the renter assumes full responsibility for the "Repair" or "Replacement" of the rented unit.

The renting location will issue a written warning to all renters of this equipment in relation to awareness of the "Distraction" it can become.

Beach Comfort Kit
The renting location is happy to provide for rent this "Beach Comfort Kit", which include 1 Umbrella with Stand in addition to 2 Beach Chairs, 1 Soft Sided Cooler and 1 Floating mattress.

All pieces must be returned in working order. The renter excepts and agrees to replace any broken or malfunctioning equipment.

Age Requirements
Minimum Age: 21
Age 21 to 24 - $10 per day age surcharge.And full coverage insurance must transfer from personal vehicle
Age 25 and over
All "Primary" and "Additional" Renters must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers license and proof of insurance. Drivers between the age of 21 and 25 years of age will be charged an "Under Age Driver Fee.

Additional Drivers

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21
You can have one additional driver per rental. There is no charge for spouse, providing the spouse is insured under the same insurance policy.

Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: Full
Fuel surcharges will apply. Price depends on current market. Ask at counter.

Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are accepted. * Renter must be 25 years of age or older
* Provide a valid drivers license with a clean driving record

* Provide verification of auto insurance with full coverage transferring to rental vehicle prior to picking up of rental
* Provide a refundable $250.00 deposit in addition to the rental payment at time of picking up rental vehicle
* Deposits originating from Debit / Check Cards will assessed a $10.00 processing charge at the conclusion of the rental period
