ADDITIONAL RENTERS MUST MEET ALL THE SAME REQUIREMENTS AS THE PRIMARY RENTER. THEY MUSTY BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF THE RENTAL, OR THEY MUST BE BROUGHT TO THE OFFICE AND ADDED IN PERSON.
Fuel Policy

Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are accepted. NOTICE TO ALL CASH DEPOSIT RENTERS
The following will be required from any Cash / Debit Card renters or additional drivers.
1.You must apply in person at least 7 days prior to the date of the rental.
2. When you apply you must be able to provide proof of a personal (Full Coverage) auto policy that is in good standing for the period of the rental. The Comp & Collision must be transferable to the rented vehicle(this will be verified by the renting office).
3. UTILITY BILL: You must provide an electric bill for your residents and the address must match the name and address of the renter.
4. PROOF OF EMPLOYMENT: You must provide a pay stub for your job as proof of employment (the renting location will call your employer to verify employment).
5. CURRENT MVR REPORT: Must provide a MVR report showing your driving history which is no more then 2 days old.
6. RENTAL TERM: You must return every 4 to 5 days to maintain your proper deposit level.

Cancelation Policy
HOLIDAY RENTALS MAY REQUIRE THAT THE RENTER DROPS A CASH DEPOSIT AT THE RENTING LOCATION. THE RENTING LOCATION WILL NOTIFY THE RENTER OF THE CURRENT CANCELLATION POLICY.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY IS 72 HOURS PRIOR TO THE DATE AND TIME OF THE CONFIRMED RESERVATION.
