Cancellation Policy
You must cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled pick up. Those reservation canceled with less then a 24 hour notice will be subject to a one day fee equal to the daily fee for the vehicle reserved.

Age 21 to 24 - This fee applies to all renters and additional renters who are of the age of 21 to 24.
Age 25 and over
Minimum age for any renter or additional driver is 21 years of age.
Additional Drivers

Minimum Age for Additional Drivers: 21
Additional drivers must meet all the same requirements as the primary renter.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: Full
Fuel surcharges will apply. Price depends on current market. Ask at counter.

Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are accepted. CASH DEPOSIT RENTALS
1. All Cash Deposit Rentals must be pre-approved.
2. Cash Deposit Renters may be required to provide a D/L
history for the renting location.
3. Cash Deposit Renters must be able to provide proof of a
personal auto insurance policy which includes Collision
and Comprehensive coverage that is transferable to the
rental vehicle.
4. There are only specific vehicle classes available to renters
who do not hold a major credit card.
5. Minimum age for drivers and additional drivers must be 25
years of age or older.
6. The minim deposit is $250.00 plus the cost of the rental.

This fee applies any "Additional Renter" who is posted on the rental agreement. The exception to this fee would be a spouse by the same last name who is listed on the same personal auto policy.

Insurance and Coverage
