Warranty Rentals
1. Renter must present the rental office with an "Authorization Slip" they receive from their service adviser.
2. Renter is responsible for returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel that was recorded on the rental agreement when the rental was dispatched. Renters returning vehicles requiring fuel will be subject to a "Per Gallon" fee, as posted on the rental agreement to bring the vehicle back to the proper fuel level.
3. The renter is responsible for payment of any additional days that exceed the date of their vehicle service being completed.
4. The rental office must be contacted by the renter for any extensions to the original term of rental, or after hours drop offs.

Additional drivers may be required to meet the same requirements as the primary renter.
Fuel Policy
Vehicles must be returned with the fuel tank: Full

Deposit Requirements
Cash deposits are accepted. 1. Renter must be 24 years of age or older.
2. Renter must have full coverage automobile insurance that
transfers to a rental car. We will call to verify.
3. Renter must have a valid WV or VA drivers license.
4. Renter must have residence within 40 miles of the renting
location.
5. Renter must complete the "Cash Rental Application" at our
office at least one day prior to the pick up date.
6. Renter will pay the deposit of $200.00 plus the estimated
total for the rental period.
7. Renter may be subject to a D/L history check as part of the
qualification process.

Geographic Restrictions
When renting, travel is restricted to areas east of the Mississippi river. Travel outside the normal 200 mile radius must be approved by mgmt.
